Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• Product must be unused.

• Product must be in original packaging.

• Product must not be damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

• Product

• Packaging

• Shipping label

We'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
